How are you feeling love?
During the first three months pregnant mums may feel a bit nauseous and tired but hopefully this will clear when they reach the four month stage. Some women blossom during their pregnancy and hormones released during this stage can even make them feel positively euphoric however if your feeling tired and run down and a bit like a sack of tatties please know you’re not alone. Many women feel this way during pregnancy. The fact is, it’s really hard work! The following pick me ups can work a treat when it comes to giving you some pregnancy pizzazz…
• Massage (if you can’t afford a treatment ask a friend or partner)
• Beauty treatment and therapy treatment
• Have your hair done (but avoid harsh bleaches and dyes)
• Exercise is a great way to stimulate happy hormones
• Buy yourself a new funky item of maternity clothing and ditch the baggy t-shirt.
• Catch up with friend for a coffee and a chat
• Be honest about how you’re feeling and confide in a friend.
• Make sure you’re getting plenty sleep and eating sensibly There are lots of natural remedies for common pregnancy gripes.
